At Haus of Rock, we currently ship within Lebanon only. We work to get every order packed and delivered as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed during weekends, holidays, promotions, or periods of high demand may require additional processing time.

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive shipping or tracking information where available.

2. Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your location within Lebanon and the shipping provider.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including:

* Shipping carrier delays
* Public holidays
* Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
* Weather or other unforeseen events
* High shipping volumes

3. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information at checkout.

Please carefully review your information before completing your order.

Haus of Rock is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, subject to applicable law.

Shipping fees may vary depending on your location and order.

5. Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information may be provided after your order has been shipped.

Please note that tracking information is provided by the shipping carrier and may take some time to update.

6. Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us so we can assist you in checking with the relevant shipping provider.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s procedures and applicable law.

7. Incorrect or Failed Delivery

If a package cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, missing information, failure to receive the package, or other circumstances attributable to the customer, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery where permitted by law.

8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photographs of the package and its contents and contact us as soon as possible.

9. Shipping Area

Haus of Rock currently ships within Lebanon only.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

We may expand our shipping destinations in the future, and this policy will be updated accordingly.
