1. Online Orders & Right of Withdrawal

For purchases made through our website, customers may have a legal right to withdraw from their purchase within the period provided by applicable Lebanese consumer-protection law.

For eligible purchases, the applicable withdrawal period for goods is generally 10 days from the date of delivery.

This right is subject to the exceptions and conditions provided by Lebanese law.

2. When the Withdrawal Right Does Not Apply

The legal withdrawal right may not apply in circumstances provided by law, including where:

* The product has been used before the withdrawal period has expired.
* The product was made specifically according to the customer’s request or specifications.

3. Size Selection

A customer’s choice of the wrong size does not automatically entitle them to an exchange outside any rights provided by applicable law.

4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide:

* Your order number
* A description of the issue
* Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

Where applicable under Lebanese law, we will provide the appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

5. Return Conditions

Where a return is legally permitted, the product should be returned in accordance with applicable law and any reasonable return instructions provided by Haus of Rock.

Products that have been used, damaged, altered, or otherwise handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them may be subject to the applicable legal exceptions.

6. Return Shipping

Where permitted by applicable law, return delivery costs may be the customer’s responsibility depending on the reason for the return.

If the issue is caused by Haus of Rock, such as sending an incorrect product or a defective product, we will work with you to resolve the issue appropriately.

7. Refunds

Where a refund is legally required or otherwise approved, it will be processed in accordance with applicable law and the payment method used for the purchase.

Any applicable delivery or return charges will be handled in accordance with Lebanese law.

8. Order Cancellation

If you need to make a change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once it has entered fulfillment or has been shipped.

9. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or replaces any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable Lebanese law.

If a provision of this policy conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the applicable legal requirement will prevail.
